By accessing or using Nitya Computer’s website, dashboard, APIs, or WhatsApp Business API services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Nitya Computer provides:

  • Messaging automation and dashboards
  • API access and analytics
  • Related software and support services

Services are provided on a subscription or usage-based model.


3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and API keys
  • Obtain lawful opt-in consent from WhatsApp end-users
  • Comply with Meta / WhatsApp policies and applicable laws
  • Not send spam, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal messages

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages
  • Violate WhatsApp commerce or messaging rules
  • Reverse engineer or misuse APIs
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the service for illegal or deceptive purposes

5. Payments & Billing
  • Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may change with prior notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or external dependencies (Meta/WhatsApp) may cause downtime.


7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Abuse or illegal activity
  • Non-payment
  • Meta / WhatsApp compliance issues

8. Limitation of Liability

Nitya Computer shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Message delivery failures caused by WhatsApp / Meta
  • User-generated content or compliance violations

9. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content belong to Nitya Computer. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with Indian courts.
