Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription and usage fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Service was not activated due to a technical issue caused by Nitya Soft
  • Duplicate payment occurred

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for:

  • WhatsApp message charges
  • API usage consumption
  • Account suspension due to policy violations
  • Change of mind or non-usage of services

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
